Happy New Year!

Ok people, I'm starting off the new year with a bang! A post!! It will be one of many this year! Promise! Speaking of New Year's resolutions usually I keep them to myself. I feel like they don't always succeed if I don't share them so this year I am going to share them with you and hopefully then I will own up to them!

1. Write more in my blog. (I'm off to a good start!)
2. Work out at least 4 times a week.
3. Eat clean as much as possible.
4. Cut back on TV watching and read more.
5. Try something new.

Ok, those are reasonable goals right? I probably could think of a million more, but those 5 are the most important to me. I know I can achieve them. What are your resolutions for 2012?

I wanted to share with you some of my latest obsessions. I really like the new timeline on Facebook. Especially in my case it's good because I can go back "in time" to when I was sick and find out specific dates, posts, etc. It's waaayyy easier than scrolling through every single post I have ever made. I did that once to find a carpet cleaning company that was recommended to me. It took me all night to find it. HA! I am slightly, ok really, obsessed with Pinterest. If you don't know what it is, stay away! It will consume you. It's really a cool thing though. I am liking Twitter more and more. I mainly like "stalking" what other people tweet about. If you are on it, tweet me. @SILLEE10. I know after tomorrow night I will be obsessed with Bikram yoga. That's hot yoga. I am starting a month long session of it and I can't wait. I will be sweating out 2011 in no time. I will report on my feelings about it after I take my first class tomorrow night!

I will leave you with some interesting info on lemons...did you know??

Even doctors are now saying that there in value in trying "LEMON"

So, a tablespoon of "real lemon" (the concentrate in a bottle) in a glass
of water every morning. What can it hurt?

This is the latest in medicine, effective
for cancer! Read carefully & you be the judge.

Lemon (Citrus) is a miraculous product to kill cancer cells. It is 10,000
times stronger than chemotherapy.

Why do we not know about that? Because there are laboratories interested in
making a synthetic version that will bring them huge profits. You can now
help a friend in need by letting him/her know that lemon juice is beneficial
in preventing the disease. Its taste is pleasant and it does not produce the
horrific effects of chemotherapy. How many people will die while this
closely guarded secret is kept, so as not to jeopardize the beneficial
multimillionaires large corporations?

As you know, the lemon tree is known for its varieties of lemons and limes.
You can eat the fruit in different ways: you can eat the pulp, juice press,
prepare drinks, sorbets, pastries, etc... It is credited with many virtues,
but the most interesting is the effect it produces on cysts and tumors..
This plant is a proven remedy against cancers of all types. Some say it is
very useful in all variants of cancer. It is considered also as ananti
microbial spectrum against bacterial infections and fungi, effective against
internal parasites and worms, it regulates blood pressure which is too high
and an antidepressant, combats stress and nervous disorders.

The source of this information is fascinating: it comes from one of the
largest drug manufacturers in the world, says that after more than 20
laboratory tests since 1970, the extracts revealed that: It destroys the
malignant cells in 12 cancers, including colon, breast, prostate, lung and
pancreas ...

The compounds of this tree showed 10,000 times better than the product
Adriamycin, a drug normally used chemotherapeutic in the world, slowing the
growth of cancer cells. And what is even more astonishing: this type of
therapy with lemon extract only destroys malignant cancer cells and it does
not affect healthy cells.

I hope you all had a great welcoming of the new year. I was a bum and enjoyed it from the comfort of my couch with my pups. I was safe, warm and happy there. Here's to a wonderful, happy and healthy 2012!

Love, Erin
