Day 14: 21 Day Cleanse

Ahhh, meat!  It tastes so good!  I was so excited to go to Sprouts today and purchase meat!  I feel like it's been forever, but it was only 6 days.  I just feel that my options on what I can eat are so limited...but I did it.  I can now say I've been Vegan for 6 days.

Today has been a good day.  Energy is still good, but I could have easily taken a nap today.  Otherwise, things are good!

Here is what I ate today:

Breakfast:  1 smoothie (1 scoop OptiCleanse GHI vanilla protein powder, 1 cup organic berries, 1 cup spinach, 1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk, 1 scoop OrganiX Phytofood, 1/2 avocado, 1 tbsp flax seed and 1 tbsp chia seed)--DELISH

Lunch:  4.5 oz of grilled chicken and 1/2 cup quinoa

Snack:  3 celery stalks and 5 mushrooms with 1 organic snack pack of hummus from Costco.  1 orange.

Dinner:  Chipotle!!  I got a bowl with pinto beans, brown rice, lettuce, green sauce, chicken and guacamole.  It was heaven!!

Late night snack:  1 protein shake (1 scoop OptiCleanse GHI vanilla protein powder mixed with water).

Total calories:  1460 (Carbs 37%, Fats 34%, Protein 28%).  Protein is still a little lower than I would like, but I'll eat more tomorrow and less fat--the avocado and guacamole killed my fat intake today!  But it was so so good!!

Till tomorrow!  7 days left!!
