Day 15: 21 Day Cleanse

Good evening everyone!  Nothing too exciting to report on this end.  It was just another day on the good 'ol 21 Day Cleanse!  Ha!  I'm SO ready for this to be over with!!!

Here is what I ate today:

Breakfast:  1 smoothie (1 scoop OptiCleanse GHI vanilla protein powder, 1 cup spinach, 1 cup organic berries, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 tbsp flax seeds, 1 tbsp chia seeds)

Lunch:  I ate out at a place in Old Town with my bestie Lyda at Farm and Craft.  It was SO good!  All of their food is organic, grass-fed, etc.  I had a bowl with quinoa, chicken, roasted veggies and basil pesto.  It hit the spot!  If you've never been there, go!

Snack:  1/2 can tuna with 2 brown rice cakes

Dinner:  1 salmon filet w/ steamed brussell sprouts and 1 cup quinoa.

Late night snack:  3 Kiwi's and 1 protein shake.

I did not count my calories today, I just didn't want to.  I need a break as I've been logging my calories for over a month now.  It felt good to just eat!  HA!

The next 3 days are busy for me so I hope time really flies by so I can be finished with this cleanse!!
