Day 16: 21 day cleanse

I'm nearing the finish line!!  WOO HOO!  Today was a day full of shifts so I really have nothing exciting to report.

Here is what I ate:

Breakfast:  1 protein shake (1 scoop OptiCleanse GHI vanilla protein powder mixed with water)--**I'm getting SO sick of these protein shakes!!!

Lunch:  1 salad (spinach, grilled chicken, beats, carrots, cucumber and jicami tossed with 1 tbsp Bragg's Healthy Vinaigrette)

Snack:  1 peach, 1 seaweed snack, 1/4 cup organic nuts and seeds, celery w/ hummus snack pack

Dinner:  2 organic grilled chicken drumsticks with brussel sprouts and jasmine rice

Before bed:  1 protein shake (1 scoop OptiCleanse GHI vanilla protein powder mixed with water)

I didn't count my calories again.  I was only hungry this morning, but I wasn't able to eat a snack and I was super ready for lunch!!!

That's the update!  I'm off to bed!
