Only 4 more days to go! I'm so So SO excited!!! I'm even more excited that I only have to drink 1 protein shake per day for the rest of the this cleanse. I'm getting SO sick of drinking this protein! I was a little sleepy today, but I had a killer day today and didn't get my full 8 hours of sleep last night and another really busy day today so that's probably why.
Here is what I ate today:
Breakfast: 1 cup Organic Brown Rice puff cereal with 1 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1 turkey filet. 1 protein shake w/ 1 scoop OptiCleanse GHI vanilla protein powder mixed with water.
Lunch: 1/2 can tuna with 1 brown rice cake.
Dinner: organic quinoa pasta with turkey filets, water chestnuts, artichoke hearts, zucchini and roasted pine nuts.
Snacks: 1 peach, 3 kiwis and I'm about to make something else but I don't know what yet. :)
Before bed: 1 protein shake w/ 1 scoop OptiCleanse GHI vanilla protein powder mixed with water.
I didn't count calories again but I feel that I could have eaten more today. I have a love/hate relationship with counting calories because I love it because it holds me accountable, but I hate it because it's time consuming. Once I resume my normal diet it will be easier for me after awhile or eating what I normally to know how much I should be eating on a daily basis.
So, that's the Wednesday report! The end is getting really really close! I can't wait!!!
