Day 18: 21 Day Cleanse

Another day in the books!  My blogging isn't really that exciting anymore is it?  Each day feels the same and I really do feel  good since being on this cleanse!  I wonder how I will feel in comparison when I splurge a little and eat gluten again?!

Anyways, here is what I ate today:

Breakfast:  1 smoothie (1 scoop OptiCleanse GHI vanilla protein powder, 1 cup spinach, 1 cup organic berries, 1 tbsp flax and chia seeds and 1/2 avocado)

Lunch:  Leftover pasta that I made last night (organic quinoa pasta with turkey, water chestnuts, artichokes, zucchini and pine nuts)

Snacks:  blackberries, chicken patty and mixed raw veggies with a hummus snack pack

Dinner:  2 chicken drumsticks (skin removed) with roasted brussel sprouts and basmati rice

Dessert:  1 brown rice cake with 1 tbsp almond butter and a drizzle of honey.

Again, no calorie counting but I feel I ate enough today and it was well balanced.

3 MORE DAYS!  3 MORE DAYS!!  So so excited!!
