Day 19: 21 Day Cleanse

Only 2 days remain.  WOO HOO!  I had some major temptations today when I went into Loco to do some work.  Delicious steak, chips and guacamole.  Oh it looked so good!!  I did eat some of the guacamole but had to pick around the tomatoes.  I was really proud of myself for resisting the temptation because it was tough!!

Here's what I ate today instead:

Breakfast:  1 scoop OptiCleanse GHI vanilla protein powder with 1 scoop OrganiX Phytofood mixed with water.  1 cup organic brown rice puffs with 1 cup almond milk.

After work out snack:  1 chicken patty and 1/2 cup blackberries.

Lunch:  Organic quinoa pasta with turkey patty, water chestnuts, artichokes, zucchini and pine nuts.

Loco meal:  Grilled chicken with kale crunch salad (kale, cabbage, brussel sprouts, carrots, etc.), 1/2 cup black beans and 1/4 avocado.

Dinner:  1 chicken patty with 2 beets and 1/4 cup quinoa.

Late night snack:  1 cup organic brown rice cereal and 1 cup almond milk.

I was really hungry today--I think it was because of the workout.  I didn't record again and I may plug it in tomorrow just to see how I did.

That's the update from here.  Only 2 more days.  I could have really used a slice of greasy pizza tonight--ahhhhhh.
