Day 2: 21 Day Cleanse

2 down, 19 to go!  I can do this!  Today has been a good day.  I had great energy all day long, but then again it is my 14 hour day so I have no time to be tired!!  I did notice that I was a little scattered brained today.  I made some silly errors and wasn't remembering things easily.  Not sure if this has anything to do with the cleanse or maybe the lack of coffee (ha!).

Today's eats consisted of this:

Breakfast:  Smoothie:  2 scoops OptiCleanse GHI Vanilla protein powder, 1 scoop OrganiX Phytofood, 1/2 cup organic mixed berries, 1 cup spinach, 1 TBSP flax seed and chia seed.  De-lish!

Lunch:  Salad-4 oz. grilled chicken tenders, 2 cups spinach, 1/2 cup Great Northern Beans, 1/4 cup mushrooms, 2 organic carrots, 4 organic radishes and 2 TBSP Bragg's Healthy Vinaigrette.

Dinner:  Ground Chicken Hash, 4.5 oz organic strawberries and 2 brown rice cakes (yes, weird...but the rice cakes and strawberries were supposed to be mid-afternoon snack that I didn't have time to eat).

Late night snack:  1 grilled chicken pattie (all-natural, hormone free)

Total Calories:  1310 (43% carbs, 20% fats and 37% protein)
